About Me

Ask anyone who knows me and they will tell you I don’t quite fit the idea of the “normal” therapist. I have been working as a therapist since 1997 and have always felt it was the answer to my calling on my life. Prior to that I was on the other side of the desk as the client and as a client I learned a lot about myself and the psychology of me.

As a therapist, I learned way more about myself than I even knew existed. I also learned a significant amount about human beings as people, how people learn, survival, brain function with regard to psychological issues, human behavior, trauma, abuse, dissociation and the list goes on. These are the things that I want to offer education about to help folks make good, informed decisions when going into the therapy chair for themselves.
